The wheels on most bikes when turning the wheel. Just put your feet on the pedals, and push it. You may not like having to work for themselves. But if you see what a pleasure it is, without doubt, will be motivated to stop pushing myself to do it. Try to go to where it is easier to pedal.

If so, maybe this bike for a while and put a traditional ticycle or similar to the feeling of Step forward and backward.
